After holding a series of meetings and preparations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, the advance party of Brunei Darussalam Haj Management Office for Administration and Medical departed for Madinah Al Munwarrah. In Madinah, final preparations for the arrival of the country's intending haj pilgrims continue to be carried out to ensure the well-being of the pilgrims.

The arrival of the delegation at the Maden Ar Rawda Hotel, Madinah was welcomed by Awang Haji Mahmud bin Haji Mohammad, Managing Director of Darussalam Services Sendirian Berhad. The advance party stayed at the Maden Al Rawda Hotel, which will also houses a health clinic for intending haj pilgrims.

Also held were discussions between Brunei Darussalam Haj Management Office for Administration and Medical. The meeting discussed on the coordination of operations including new flight schedules arrangement of staff movements at the airport and hotels.

Meanwhile, coordination with haj service providers continued to be strengthened after a meeting with representatives of the Syarikat Holiday Inn Bakkah. They discussed on the movement of intending haj pilgrims from the arrival until the accommodation hotel.
